HWT Single Acting Polyurethane Wiper Seal is a polyurethane wiper seal designed to protect hydraulic cylinders from dust, moisture, and other external contaminants. Its special profile incorporates both a radial static sealing lip and an axial static sealing lip, helping the seal remain securely seated in the housing groove while reducing the risk of moisture reaching the groove bottom and causing corrosion.
Made from wear-resistant and weather-resistant polyurethane, HWT provides reliable dust protection and stable sealing performance in low to moderate contamination environments. It is suitable for hydraulic cylinders used in industrial equipment, including injection molding and press machinery.
The Polyurethane Dust Seal can be installed manually by compressing the seal and pressing it into the groove, eliminating the need for special installation tools.
