HWN Metal Single Lip Wiper Seal is a single-lip wiper seal with a metal case, designed to protect hydraulic cylinders from dust, dirt, sand, and metal particles in heavily contaminated environments. The interference fit between the metal case and the housing groove provides secure retention, making the seal particularly suitable for open grooves.
With a compact radial cross-section, HWN reduces the exposed area of the wiper lip, helping minimize the accumulation of contaminants during operation. Its robust metal-cased construction provides reliable protection for demanding hydraulic applications. HWN dust seals are suitable for heavily contaminated operating conditions, such as tractor lift cylinders.
