ShanghaiProduct Description
HWG Double Acting Wiper Seal is a high-performance cylinder dust seal designed for hydraulic cylinders operating in harsh environments. Featuring a reinforced metal case and a durable polyurethane sealing lip, this PU wiper seal for Hydraulic Cylinder effectively removes dust, mud, moisture, and other contaminants from the rod surface while helping maintain a stable residual oil film inside the system.
Designed as a Double Acting Scraper Seal HWG, it provides enhanced bidirectional wiping performance, ensuring consistent contamination control during both extension and retraction strokes. This design double acting wiper seal structure improves sealing reliability and reduces wear on hydraulic components.
Acting as both a reliable dust seal ring and a heavy-duty wiper seal, the HWG model is widely used in construction machinery, agricultural equipment, forklifts, and other mobile hydraulic systems where long service life and stable sealing performance are required.

Features & Benefits
Manufactured from high-quality polyurethane compounds for outstanding abrasion resistance and long service life.
HWG dust seal’s unique sealing lip design ensures excellent dust-scraping performance without disrupting the oil film on the piston rod. Additionally, the sealing lip features a small hole that prevents the dust seal from being forced out of the groove under potential “pressure trapping,” thereby extending its service life.
The reinforced metal insert ensures secure installation and prevents seal displacement under demanding operating conditions.
