HPGA Double-Acting PTFE Piston Seal is a high-performance sealing solution designed for hydraulic cylinders. The seal consists of a PTFE sealing ring, an NBR energizer, and two modified nylon anti-extrusion rings, providing excellent sealing performance under demanding operating conditions.
This double acting composite PTFE piston seal combines the low-friction characteristics of PTFE with the elasticity of NBR, ensuring reliable sealing in both directions. Its extremely low static and dynamic friction helps eliminate stick-slip effects and enables smooth operation, particularly in low-speed applications. The reinforced anti-extrusion rings provide excellent resistance to high-pressure extrusion and pressure spikes, making the HPGA ideal for heavy-load hydraulic systems.
