HPB piston seal is a double-acting composite seal consisting of a polyurethane sliding ring and an O-ring that serves as a preload element. It is suitable for applications involving hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinders.
This piston seal offers excellent dynamic and static sealing performance. The sliding ring and O-ring can be flexibly selected from different materials based on the specific fluid medium and operating temperature, meeting diverse operating conditions.
Its unique annular design ensures uniform radial pressure distribution, effectively preventing seal displacement and extrusion, and maintaining a reliable seal even under high-pressure shock conditions.
