HWB Single Acting PU Wiper Seal is a polyurethane wiper seal designed to protect hydraulic cylinders from external contaminants while maintaining reliable sealing performance. Its special profile helps prevent the ingress of dust, dirt, sand, and water, while reducing the risk of corrosion at the bottom of the housing groove.
The reinforced heel design helps reduce friction and prevents the seal from being pulled out of the groove during reciprocating rod movement. As a wear-resistant PU wiper seal, HWB can also maintain effective wiping performance when the piston rod is subject to significant eccentricity.
HWB seal is particularly suitable for applications requiring waterproof wiper seal performance, as well as hydraulic cylinders exposed to heavy side loads or rod misalignment.
