HRE Hydraulic Cylinder Rod Seal is a pressure-energized sealing solution designed for hydraulic cylinders operating under low-pressure, high-pressure, and fluctuating pressure conditions. Compared with conventional U-cup rod seals, the HRE incorporates a highly elastic NBR O-ring inside the sealing lip, providing continuous radial preload and ensuring reliable sealing performance even at low pressure or vacuum conditions.
As system pressure increases, the pressure-energized design enhances lip contact force, delivering superior sealing efficiency and preventing leakage. The combination of polyurethane and elastomer components gives this PU NBR Hydraulic Rod Seal excellent wear resistance, extrusion resistance, and long-term reliability, making it particularly suitable for demanding hydraulic applications and low-temperature environments.
